Send Renters Warehouse a property owner who executes and markets their property and immediately receive $150.00 in cash – this offer is valid with 1-4 properties
Send Renters Warehouse more than 5 properties in a calendar year and receive $200.00 per property
If the property is leased and Renters Warehouse manages the property then get $50.00 per year (residual) for each year the property is under management
